Installation Information for Bullet Resistant Glass

Ray-Bar's vision frames include through-fasteners for a hassle-free installation process. For proper bullet-resistance performance, a precise opening needs to be cut into the door. This opening, called the rough opening, must be the exact size specified for the vision frame bulletproof glass. It is also important to note that ballistic glass is directional and must be installed correctly in relation to the threat side/asset side for proper bullet resistance. If you are uncertain about proper installation, contact Ray-Bar Engineering, and our ballistic glass experts will assist you.
