CUSTOMER OR END USER SHOULD HAVE ALL RADIATION SHIELDING PROJECTS COMPLETELY TESTED AND SURVEYED BY THEIR ORIGINAL PROJECT RADIATION PHYSICIST AFTER INSTALLATION AND PRIOR TO ANY OCCUPANCY AND USE.
